Upon successfully finishing this professional training program, Participant will be able to: 1. Verify their current capability in designing and delivering training 2. Develop skills required to assess the training audience & environment 3. Acquire the skills required to establish an engaging learning environment 4. Conduct a training needs analysis 5. Identify measurable training objectives 6. Identify classroom challenges & apply the most effective solutions 7. Develop mastery in training design through world class models such as the ADDIE model, SAM1 and SAM2 8. Demonstrate mastery in preparing & delivering training sessions using best practice techniques 9. Practice effective audio visuals and learning aids for successful training 10. Use assessment tools and first-class post assessment models such as the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the training 11. Ensure implementation of key learning on the job 12. Develop capability to deliver face-to-face training and online learning
